Data Privacy
Mandate.
BizOpsTool was engineered to audit software, not to broker data. We operate a strict data isolation policy: we do not sell, rent, or leak your infrastructure inputs to software vendors. Ever.
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 3, 2026
The diagnostic engine requires only high-level parameters (headcount, tool categories). We intentionally do not build infrastructure to ingest invoices, authenticate with your current software, or extract PII.
Information We Process
To operate the diagnostic engine and provide our service, we process a minimal footprint of strictly functional data.
When you use the calculator, we process your declared organization size, industry sector, and the software tools you select. This data is processed anonymously to generate your report and may be stored in aggregate to improve our scoring model's industry baselines.
If you explicitly subscribe to the Execution Digest, we store your email address via our newsletter provider (Beehiiv). We do not require an email address to view a diagnostic report, and the consent box is unticked by default.
Information We Reject
We believe most SaaS auditing tools harvest data primarily to sell leads back to vendors. We architected our system to reject sensitive data entirely.
We never ask you to upload vendor invoices, billing statements, or credit card details to run a diagnostic scan.
We do not ask you to OAuth into your current software stack (e.g., "Sign in with Salesforce") to scan your usage.
We do not ingest employee rosters, email directories, or seat-assignment databases. We ask for a single headcount integer.
Cookies & Third-Party Infrastructure
BizOpsTool relies on a small set of third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform and track affiliate links.
Infrastructure Partners
- Beehiiv: Manages our weekly Execution Digest. If you subscribe, Beehiiv processes your email and tracks open/click metrics.
- Analytics: We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to monitor aggregate platform traffic and ensure our servers scale appropriately.
- Cal.com: If you book a Custom Migration Blueprint, scheduling and calendar data is handled securely by Cal.com.
Your Regulatory Rights
Regardless of your global jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), we grant all users the following fundamental data rights:
You may request the complete deletion of any email or communication records associated with your address at any time. Unsubscribing from the Digest automatically halts all mailings.
Because audit scans are run anonymously, we cannot retrieve "your" past reports unless you provided identifying information. For newsletter subscribers, you may request a copy of your subscriber profile.
