These are the operational boundaries of the BizOpsTool platform. By running a diagnostic scan, accessing our directory, or utilizing our blueprints, you agree to these fundamental constraints.

The diagnostics, estimates, and blueprints provided by this platform are informational models. They are not legal, financial, or procurement advice.
1. Nature of the Service
BizOpsTool is a technical intelligence platform. We provide objective, mathematically derived scores and directional waste estimates based on public repository telemetry and market pricing benchmarks.
Waste figures are calculated using standard enterprise tier pricing and generic overlap assumptions. Your actual vendor contracts, discounts, and specific usage will vary. You are solely responsible for verifying your own billing infrastructure.
We ingest data from public sources (e.g., GitHub). While we sanitize and validate this data, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, uptime, or security of the third-party open-source tools we rank.
2. Platform Integrity
The value of this platform relies entirely on the integrity of the BizOps Score. We enforce strict rules against manipulation by users, vendors, and automated systems.
You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to mass-extract scoring data, blueprints, or intelligence directories from our servers without written permission.
Vendors may not artificially inflate GitHub metrics (e.g., purchasing stars, deploying bot PRs) to manipulate the BizOps Score. We reserve the right to delist manipulated repositories.
You may not repackage, rebrand, or sell BizOpsTool audit reports or deployment blueprints as your own proprietary consulting deliverables.
3. Liability & Disclaimers
By using the templates, deployment blueprints, or diagnostic reports generated by BizOpsTool, you acknowledge the inherent risks of managing software infrastructure.
Limitation of Warranty
- "As Is" Service: The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, explicit or implied.
- Affiliate Independence: If you utilize an affiliate link to deploy a managed open-source tool, your contract is exclusively with that third-party hosting provider. BizOpsTool is not a party to that agreement and cannot provide support for third-party hosting.
- Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizOpsTool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
4. Intellectual Property
While we advocate strongly for open-source architecture, the BizOpsTool platform itself, including its specific algorithms, interface design, branding, and generated report formats, are the intellectual property of BizOpsTool.
Our scoring methodology and the core logic of our extraction scripts are open source and available for public review to guarantee transparency and auditability.
The "BizOpsTool" name, logo, site design, and specific formatting of the "Execution Digest" are protected and may not be copied or mimicked without authorization.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
